Adult Hockey Clinics
Summer 2011

SATURDAY CLINICS:

Elite Hockey is happy to announce a new round of adult clinics. The clinics are geared toward beginner and intermediate players, but players of all ability levels are welcome. There is no need to pre-register for the clinics – just show up when you can.

Each session costs just $20 and includes an hour of open ice and an hour long clinic.

Dates: Saturdays:

• June 4, 11, and 18
• July 9, 16, and 23

Times: 7:50 - 8:50 am
**The ice is available at 6:50 for extra practice time

Where: The Gardens Ice House in Laurel

Cost: $20 covers the ice and instruction.
Goalies are now free but must reserve a spot by emailing me before the clinic.

Focus:

• Skating: Balance, stride, starts, stops, edges, turns, crossovers, pivots, backwards
• Puck Skills: Passing, shooting (all shots), stickhandling, moves
• Game Skills: 1v1s, 2v1s, 3v2s, puck protection, playing without the puck
• Team Skills: Offensive zone, neutral zone, defensive zone

Team Instruction

EHI also offers team instruction for adult teams looking to get a leg up on the competition. We will create and run a practice plan to fit the needs of your team. Most practices can be held for only $20 per skater. This price includes an hour of ice and instruction.
